After two successful decades selling advertising and marketing for top media in the Twin Cities I launched blue rooster Marketing to share my knowledge and educate clients on the fact that results don’t only correlate to ad spend. I am a fierce client advocate who ensures their marketing is continually working hard for them.

Classically trained in sales and business development I have won numerous sales contests in each position I’ve held over the past twenty years and have led high performing sales teams for media and high volume retail stores.
I am interested in helping businesses with sales and sales development, lead generation, traditional and digital campaign development and management, budgeting, negotiating, strategy, planning and execution. I have helped businesses see a higher return on marketing investment by creating advertising plans and campaigns that meet my clients’ needs and budget first.
Lauren negotiated ad rates up to 50% lower for a retail client by bridging the gap between what was important to the client and what was important to the media they were buying.
Lauren drove thousands in sales for a medical device company by directing the right traffic to their website, tracking activity and using the data to help inform decisions.
Lauren moved luxury builder from obscurity to page one of Google for multiple search terms including highly competitive terms with high search volume.
Lauren helped a non-profit qualify for Google Grants, set up the campaign and manage it, helping drive more awareness and donations.
Lauren began her career running multi-million-dollar retail stores so successfully she was continually promoted to higher-volume stores. She then made a strategic switch to sales in the advertising industry. Winning multiple sales contests she has led high performing teams and was consistently a top producer by understanding the client’s business and bringing solutions that worked.
Helping clients grow their business is in her DNA. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, dinner table conversation revolved around running their family-owned businesses and the importance of putting customer’s needs first. Today, she uses those lessons to help her clients.
Lauren holds a B.S. from Syracuse University, graduating with honors and currently an Ambassador for the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce, on the programs committee of MIMA (Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association) and on the board of Women in Digital.
